“The Florida Project” is the story of a young mother struggling to pay rent while living in a rundown motel, but told through the eyes of her daughter, a rebellious little girl who roams the streets of Orlando, engaging in shenanigans with her friends. Jeffrey Brown sits down with filmmaker Sean Baker to discuss how his new movie features characters and real-life struggles not often depicted in cinema.
