Stop, Smile And Smell The Roses

Living on an island has several appeal and one of them is the availability of several beautiful gardens. There are some that are maintained by the local town or national government and there are some that are just in your backyard. Today, while walking my dog, I decided to take a closer look at some of the plants that grows wildly in beautifully grassed area along the shorelines of our community beach.

While walking towards it, I had a thought. Somehow we are always busy doing things that seems important. But what if life was made to be more simpler? Is the trivial tasks of our daily life really that important? Honestly, the answer is no they are not. Sometimes we have to simply stop, smile and smell the roses no matter how big, no matter how small. Always enjoy the day and appreciate the natural beauty that surrounds you. #asowelivefiwehlife.
