Jamaica the small island under the sun is world renown for several things but mostly for its vibrant culture.  The Jamaican culture consists of the religion, norms, values, and lifestyle that define the people of Jamaica.  It is mixed, with an ethnically diverse society, stemming from a history of inhabitants beginning with the original Taino people. The Spaniards originally brought slavery to Jamaica which continued with the British when they took over the island after Spain lost it in a war.  Today, there are a lot of external influences found in the culture from the food, religion, music and more.  Understanding the appeal of the culture worldwide, lets see how well you know the Jamaican culture.
