COP accidentally SH00TS Woman while chasing WINDSCREEN Wiper

Police have confirmed that a member of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) was involved in a shooting incident in Liguanea, St Andrew that left a woman hospitalised on Thursday morning.
The incident occurred about 8:30 am, at the intersection of Old Hope Road and Barbican Road, the corporate communications arm of the JCF said in a news release.
“A female civilian was shot and injured during the incident and is receiving treatment at hospital,” said the news release which noted that the St Andrew Central Police has commenced investigations into the matter which has also been reported to the Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) and the Bureau of Special Investigations (BSI).
Alleged eyewitnesses claim that a windscreen wiper who plies his trade in the area was the target of the shooting.
The cop allegedly became incensed at the windscreen wiper before opening gunfire at the man. However, the gunfire reportedly missed the man and hit the woman who was conducting business in the area.
The man Christopher Rhoden claimed that a firearm holder became upset with him and subsequently chased and fired wildly at him.
“He ran me down and selected his gun and fired it… it whistles across my ear and ended up hitting the woman,” he said in a video making the rounds online.
Another windscreen wiper supported his claim.
“The man was approached by the man who wipes windows and after an argument, he pulled his firearm,” the alleged eyewitness said.
The alleged eyewitness said the woman was inadvertently hit by gunfire while heading out of a business place.
