There are times when you find a show that seems enticing but ends up being a complete waste of time. rI found two shows recently that I realize were a complete waste of time and regret watching them after the season ended.

1 Pandora
Set in the year 2199, "Pandora" is a science fiction action series about a resourceful young woman who has lost everything but finds a new life at Earth's Space Training Academy, where she and her friends learn and train to defend the galaxy from threats, both alien and human. During their adventures, she begins to discover secrets about the nature of her own identity and decides that she must uncover the truth and find out whether she will be humanity's savior or the instrument of its destruction.
Delly's Take
I watched the first season on Prime Video recently and I wasn't happy with the pace of the show and the resolution of the long mysteries of the season at the end. The first is Jax finding out who or what she is. In one sentence from the Pandora character, they solve the season long question but do not really include any definitive information on why there were two Jax and how she can recall the things she saw in the vision from the past. The way the plots were solved was underwhelming and I just watched it to the end because even though I did, I didn't want to feel like I wasted my time.

2 The Outpost
Talon is a survivor. The last of the Blackblood race, she also endured the destruction of her entire village by a gang of brutal missionaries. Years after that life-defining attack, she travels to a lawless fortress along the edge of the civilized world, tracking the individuals who killed her family. As she makes the journey, she discovers that she possesses a mysterious supernatural power that she must now learn to control, not only to save herself but to defend the world against the tyranny of a fanatical religious dictator.
Delly's Take
Unlike Pandora, this show was better but it lacked the quality, drama and action of Game of Thrones. It it weren't on CW it would be more gritty and it is for that reason I found the show was repetitive. Talon is powerful but everytime she has. the chance to use those powers she is always unsure and that leads to bad things happening to those around her. The concept is good, but it is not great. I am surprise it got a third season and may get a fourth.
