Throughout human existence, there have never been a standard to which one must live, however humans are destined to become victims of recurring routines.
One may beg to wonder, why are humans creatures of routines? Wise explains that structure comes built into all human DNA. Humans tend to rely on structure and order which is the basis of the patterns most lives are built around.
In the mornings it may take a few minutes for you to fully wake up and start your daily routine of grabbing your phone, go to the bathroom, surf through articles than prepare yourself for work. Regardless the routine, it begins to seem like we are stuck in a loop and our daily activities starts to become clear that we are insignificant in this world of opportunities.
